If only you would like to use it

If you want to use SHARE NOW for your business trips, create a Business Payment Profile.

• Open the payment profiles in the app, in the "Payment" menu item, and add your company's billing data with a few clicks,
• select your Business Payment Profile before your company trips and
• and you will automatically receive an invoice in PDF format after your trip, which you can easily submit to prove your business-related travel expenses.

If more than one person wants to use it

If you are looking for a transparent solution to monitor your colleagues' business trips, create a Corporate Account. Invite as many of your colleagues as you like and enjoy the benefits of a simple, easy-to-understand system based on monthly, consolidated billing.

Create your Business Profile to account for your business trips easily! All you have to do is:

1. Open the app.
2. Create your Business Profile with a few clicks: Menu ▶ Payment ▶ Edit payment profile(s) ▶ Add payment profile
3. Enter your company's billing information.
4. Before starting your trip, select your Business Profile for invoicing.
5. After the end of your trip, you will immediately receive your invoice in PDF format.

If more than one person wants to use it

Make company travels more cost-effective! If you are looking for a transparent solution to manage your colleagues' business trips, request request a Corporate Account. You can appoint a Business Account Admin, who will then be able to use the dashboard to manage your company's billing information, invite colleagues and manage all their trip invoices.

To use SHARE NOW for Business, your colleagues first need to register for SHARE NOW as regular users.
