We don't do rental stations! Our cars are available 24/7 and free-float all around the Home Area. Use the SHARE NOW app to find an available car near you. Reserve the car to make it yours — and start walking over!

2. Unlock the car

Once you're at the car, unlock it with a push of a button in the SHARE NOW app. Choose a minute, hourly, or daily rate that meets your needs — then start your trip! You can drive outside the Home Area and any charging costs are on us.

3. Drop off anywhere

Simply end your trip anywhere in Paris — no need to look for a drop-off station or refuel the car! Public street parking in the Paris Home Area is for free¹ so you don't even have to worry about that.

The Paris Home Area

Where can I park for free?

Within the Home Area, you’re home free. Think of it as our operative zone, in which our SHARE NOW cars free-float around the city and public street parking is always free. Here's where you can park SHARE NOW cars in Paris:

On The Streets

Public street parking is always for free within the Home Area. And we have dedicated car-sharing parking spots all over town. Simply look for "P" signs in the app.

Autolib' charging stations

You can park the car for free at any Autolib' charging pole (not to be confused with Autolib' parking spots) – as long as you remember to charge the car at the same time!

Outside Paris

You can drive outside the Paris Home Area – as long as you bring the car back to end your trip. To make a stopover, simply lock the car with the key or via the app.

Choose a city

You are responsible for parking costs incurred in private parking garages. Additional parking rules apply.

The minute rate includes 200 km of mileage. A long distance rate of 0,39 € per kilometer will apply for each additional kilometer after the included mileage. Hourly and daily rates do not include mileage and each kilometre driven will be charged 0,19 €. The daily price displayed is for a 30-day rental.

All SHARE NOW cars are covered by third-party liability insurance and your deductible is always automatically reduced to a specific amount in case of an accident. This agreement is waived, however, in cases of gross negligence. To learn more, please check out our terms and conditions.
