Wishing you a happy new year!
As the year 2022 is nearing its conclusion, we wanted to take a minute to pause and think back on our accomplishments this year. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Together, we’ve made mobility more sustainable. Once again, thank you for joining us on this journey.
Sharing the move
This past year was a big one for SHARE NOW. In July, we welcomed our acquisition by Free2move. The deal saw Free2move expand its reach to 32 European and U.S. mobility hubs, strengthening its position as a worldwide mobility leader. The acquisition allows Free2move to reach Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 goal of 15 million customers by 2030. It will also bring a wider range of mobility products and services to SHARE NOW customers, including car-on-demand subscriptions, parking services and ride-hailing. Both companies joined forces to simplify customer mobility this year, proposing solutions per minute, day, month and year to more than six million users overall.
New car models, more variety
SHARE NOW achieved strong customer growth in 2022 and welcomed several new car models to its fleet, including the Peugeot 2008 and 3008. The new models have rolled out into fleets all across Europe, including Germany, France, Italy and Austria. In Madrid, Jeeps are coming as part of new collaborations with Free2move. The SHARE NOW fleet has never been so diverse for our car-sharing community - something we’re really proud of.
Welcome, station-based car-sharing
This year, we also welcomed station-based car-sharing into the SHARE NOW family. With the launch of Münster, a brand new franchise city for SHARE NOW, car-sharers can benefit from both short and long-term trips at unbeatable rates. As Münster became the latest German city to see SHARE NOW cars on its streets, we welcomed manufacturers such as Hyundai, Renault and Škoda into our fleet for the first time.
