I forgot my magic PIN. How can I retrieve it?

You can always request your magic PIN in the app:

Open the app ▶ Menu ▶ My account ▶ Request PIN

We will then send your PIN to your mobile phone number via SMS. Your PIN cannot be changed.

Is your account already locked after entering the wrong PIN too many times? No worries, you can easily unlock it yourself:
Follow the app unlock instructions ▶ Enter your driver's license number

Your account will then be unlocked and the PIN will be sent to your mobile phone number via SMS.

No longer have access to your mobile phone number? No problem, just give us a call!

How can I log in to my SHARE NOW account?

The SHARE NOW app is not only the key to our cars, but also the key to your car-sharing account.

You can log in to your SHARE NOW account directly via the app. From here you can edit your personal details, manage your payment profiles, validate your driver's licence, download your invoices, and adjust your mailing and privacy preferences.

Why has my SHARE NOW account been suspended?

This usually means that a payment could not be collected from your default payment profile. For example, your credit card may have expired or your payment may have bounced back to due insufficient funds.

Don't worry, your account will be unlocked as soon as the outstanding amount has been paid.

How can I update my driver's license information?

Open the app ▶ Menu ▶ My account ▶ Upload new driver's license

Validation typically takes less than 48 hours. Please note that you should only update your driver's license if it is about to expire or if your personal information has changed.

How can I change my name?

For security reasons, you can only change names in our systems upon request. Simply complete the name change request form and email it to us with the necessary supporting documents attached:

How can I change my account's email address?

Open the app ▶ Menu ▶ My account ▶ Edit account information

After you enter your new email address, we will send you an activation link to your new email address. You will need to confirm the change by clicking on the activation link in the email.

How can I change my account phone number?

Open the app ▶ Menu ▶ My account ▶ Edit profile

You will need to enter your Magic PIN to change your phone number, but that's all. You can change your SHARE NOW phone number by yourself without the need for any complex verification.

What is a Corporate Account?

A Corporate Account is a solution that SHARE NOW offers to companies. As a SHARE NOW for Business user, you can create a Corporate Account for your company based on a unique offer. A Corporate Account lets companies do all of the following in one simple dashboard:

✓ Manage employees' business trips through a unique administrative interface
✓ Consolidated billing (monthly invoicing)
✓ Add or remove associated employees
✓ The account administrator can track the business trips of all invited employees
✓ All costs are easy to track and review

How can I log in to manage my company's Corporate Account?

If your company has a Business Account and you have been appointed as an admin, you can log in to manage your Business Account here.

My driver's license is about to expire. What should I do?

If you already have your new driver's license with you, simply upload it for validation directly in the SHARE NOW app.

Validation typically takes less than 48 hours.

Can I turn off email notifications regarding my invoices?

No. We're legally required to inform you about upcoming debits from your account. If you don’t wish to receive invoices (attached as PDF) as future emails, please contact us directly.

How can I refer friends to SHARE NOW?

We're glad that you're enjoying our service and that you'd like to refer a friend! You can do it via the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed, then:

Both you and your friend will earn free driving credits: you get 1500 Ft of credit for your next drives, your friend gets 2000 Ft of welcome credit.

Each code can be redeemed for any number of times, but only works for friends registering in the same country as you. You can generate as many codes as you like.

The credit will be awarded once your friend has created an account, validated their driver's licence and added a valid payment profile.
