Our Mercedes-Benz cars have car keys placed in a key hanger in the glove compartment. You'll need them to lock and unlock the car if you do a stopover. Make sure to place the car keys back into the key hanger before ending your trip in the app.

Start/Stop and gear at the wheel

Stand next to the car to start/end your trip and unlock/lock the car with the app. To start/stop the engine, press the brake and press Start/Stop on the gear lever behind the wheel. Choose D to go forward or R to reverse. If you want to lock the car during your trip, simply use the app.
